Unique to Four Star

• Caladiums and Calla Lilies must be placed on their own separate orders (ship directly from different supplier)
• Complete Package Program (CPP): pots + tags are mandatory and customer is required to purchase them for all PW items being sold for single pot production.
• Complete Package Program: Customer can select (by case) the quantity of pots and shuttle trays they need.
• Complete Package Program: Pots are not automatically added by vendor unless they select them. Shuttle tray can be added upon request.
• Standard boxes are billed by box, not tray, therefore customer is encouraged to fill their box by ordering in even quantities to maximize freight!
• Customer Pick Up orders that are requested to be boxed, will receive additional box charges of $15.00 per box.
• EOD orders altered more than 10% after Oct 15th will forfeit their EOD discount. (Customer initiated changes)
• Truck Delivery = 80+ Trays

**There is a 4-tray minimum per order to avoid a $30 below minimum fee**
