Generally Kale is known as an edible foliage, for a novelty item take a peek at these cut flowers types! Used extensively in seasonal flower arrangements, they add color and texture to mixed arrangements. Plants can be spaced close together for high density production in field, greenhouse or high tunnel keeping in mind color changes when temperatures reach below 55 degrees.
