With its bright green leaves and contrasting blood-red stems and veins, Blood-Veined sorrel makes an eye-catching item to add into your salad and micro greens mixes. Sorrel has a sharp, tangy, lemony flavor and is best when harvested at a young stage before the leaves become tough. An excellent variety for open-field and high tunnel production.
