These tasty asparagus spears are one of the first vegetables to harvest in the spring. Viking KB3 asparagus is a vigorous grower of extra heavy yields and is well adapted to climates. It is a much superior variety than the old Mary Washington that is commonly sold. Harvest by snapping 6 to 10” spears off at ground level.
